Premonitions & Dreams

Recently somebody sent me a comment about dreams they were having that came true. They asked if it meant that they had psychic power or foresight?

Well, the answer is yes! We all have that ability in varying degrees. You don't have to be a psychic to have premonitions - dreams that come true - or to get strong feelings about a person or event that turn out to be right.

Intuition

I believe that we are all born with intuition and that it is the "divine's" way of talking to us. It is always wise to listen to that voice. The trick is to know when it is your fears talking and when it is your intuition. Even I get confused at times on that one! Meditation, clearing the mind/going in to the heart and yoga are all good tools to help you to get in touch with your intuition or your "inner psychic".

It's a powerful tool to help you to make the right choices for yourself and one worth developing. Otherwise we can feel like a canoe without any oars just floating around the ocean - hoping to end up in the right place. Not very empowering is it? Much better to have those oars and be able to direct your life in the direction that you know will bring you happiness. I do believe that God/The Divine gave us this ability for a reason.

If you are having dreams, write them down. Are they seemingly harmless? eg. you dreamt that you ran into someone and you then did or you dreamt about visiting a location and then it happened exactly as you saw in your dream? Or are they more serious, involving accidents or big changes in your relationships etc?

Premonition Dreams

Sometimes these dreams are there to show us that we have this ability, to remind us and sometimes they are warnings and your inner psychic powers revealing themselves. It's important not to get paranoid that all unpleasant dreams or even pleasant ones will come true. Generally there is a big difference between premonitions and ordinary dreams. There is a clarity to premonitions and often a clear message.

Loved ones often use dreams to connect with us as we are in a heightened state of relaxation and connection to the other side (without our mind and our fears in the way).

If you are having any dreams that are distressing you, ask you angels to take them away and protect you - it does work.

And certainly if you are consistently having these kinds of dreams, then I would recommend taking classes on psychic development and looking into this ability for yourself.
