Prayers and Miracles

I believe in the power of prayer. I believe that when you pray sincerely, from your heart, miracles can happen.

People often wonder if our prayers are heard, if there really is a higher power listening and if they care. Well, in my experience the answer is a resounding YES!

The angels and our loved ones do listen and they certainly do care and this is something that they want all of us to know. We are never alone.

Real Life Healing with Prayer

I was reading an article the other day about an Australian women called Kathleen Evans, who was given only 2 months to live after being diagnosed with cancer. She and all of her close family prayed to Mary MacKillop every day with great faith and sincerity. Ten months later she was cleared of all cancer – completely cured. Both the medical profession and the church declared it a miracle.

That story blew me away and was a great reminder that miracles do happen. And I think that even a single prayer can create a miracle. Faith can move mountains.

I also believe that faith can also mean having faith in yourself. I’m sure many of you already know of Brandon Bays – the author of “The Journey” – who cured herself of cancer in six weeks by feeling the emotion that was causing the illness within her at the same time as cleansing her body. Her belief is that the body knows how to heal itself and all we need to do is to rid ourselves of the toxic emotion that causes the illness. I’ve read of so many different ways that people have experienced miracles and I have experienced my own, of course.

Some are small reminders that there is a higher power and others are so big that the whole world takes notice!

But this topic could fill a whole book and then some.
