Fees and Payments

Currency

All fees listed on healingmessages.com .au are in Australian dollars. Those using PayPal to pay for their booking will have the option of paying the booking amount in their native currency equivalent at current exchange rates, (provided it is one of the currencies supported by PayPal). The slight difference in currency covers the additional fees charged by PayPal for currency translation.

Payment options

For people who book through the web-site, the payment options are as follows:

2 Personal Bank Transfer / Cheques

For clients who will be attending an in-person Reading/Energy Healing, please bring the correct money with you on the day of your appointment.

If this isn't suitable you may pay through the web-site prior to your appointment.

Payment Confirmation

Online Booking (PayPal) – Immediately after making a successful payment through the secure PayPal booking procedure, you will see a screen confirming if the payment was successful. You will also receive an instant email notification of a successful payment to your nominated email address. If your payment through PayPal is not successful, you will receive immediate notification on screen, but no email.

Changes

From time to time, the fees for the service listed on the site will be reviewed. Once you have paid the listed fee and booked a reading or healing, that booking will not be affected by any subsequent changes to the listed fees.

Refund Policy

If you decide not to proceed with your Reading or Energy Healing, please notify Sarah as soon as possible. Refunds are given only in the following circumstances:

· Sarah has not yet begun preparing your email/postal reading,

· Prior to commencement of your Phone / in-person reading, or Energy Healing.

In these circumstances, you will be entitled to receive a refund of the amount paid, less a $10 (AUD) processing fee to cover transaction fees/charges and our time.

All Readings and Energy Healings are given in good faith and Sarah is careful to pass on the messages she receives for you as accurately and completely as possible. We trust that you will find your reading or healing with Sarah to be a healing and insightful experience.

Healingmessages.com.au can accept Personal Bank Transfers or Bank Cheques if you are unable to use the PayPal system provided. Please contact Sarah for more details in relation to these options.
